A Year Later. Now 25% Less Filling!

Well, more than a year since the last update. I'll try to keep these much shorter and on only 1 or 2 topics per update, no more novels hopefully.

I guess the biggest thing in the last year was my going on a diet. I didn't really want to exercise and wanted something that fit my(sedentary) lifestyle.

I decided on a liquid diet after a friend had been having luck with it. Through that I've lost 75 pounds, more if you include regained weight during holidays, in the past year(though most was in 2 large chunks.) For reference I'm 6'4.

A brief timeline:
Thanksgiving 2005: about 280 pounds.

Early August 2006 I decide to go on the diet: 290

Last week of August 2006, binged: 295

Early November 2006, slowly ease off for holidays: 260

Thanksgiving 2006, totally off: 255

Late January 2007, decide to go back on: 265

Late March, decide to take a "week off" for my birthday: 225

June-ish 2007, I go back on(long "week"): 235

Off and on since then with varying dedication(i.e. Now): 220

My lowest has been about 216, but it fluctuates quite a bit, seemingly randomly. I've been working to get beyond that 220-ish barrier for a while now, I might have to start exercising:(

My original goal was 230...and that was kind of wishful thinking. BMI charts say I should weigh between 160-205 or so, ideally.


I think I've done pretty well, just this last barrier to get to 205 or 210 and try to keep it around there.
